QuickTOCNP – New Product for Water Analyses Combined COD/TOC/TNB/TP- Measurement in One Unit

The latest innovation from LAR (Germany) is the QuickTOCNP which is setting new standards worldwide for online analysers, by combining COD, TOC, TNb and TP Measurements in just one unit. Besides analytical accuracy the main focus is on easy operation and low operation costs.
The analytical part of the TOC and TNb measurement is a closed system and consists of a catalyst-free 1200°C decomposition unit, a low-maintenance and simple injection system, robust detectors for COD, TOC, TP and TNb and the relevant evaluation and control software. For TP measurements with the QuickTOCNP an additional wetchemical
decomposition system is integrated complemented by a photometrical measurement. These features allow for precise measurements in low mg/l (ppm) levels.
QuickTOCNP is suitable for every measurement of these parameters at effluents of industrial or municipal WWTP and especially for drinking water monitoring. This unique combination of multi parameter measurements in one unit minimises the maintenance requirements drastically compared to several analysers to as little as 0.5 hrs per week.
Thus the TCO (total costs of ownership) could be decreased considerably. As option the QuickTOCNP is purifying ambient air to clear carrier gas so that no bottled gas must be stored.
